gnocci, gnocci, who’s there?

I think winter is about creating opportunities that make winter more fun.  For some, that includes snowshoeing, tobogganing, and snow boarding.  For me, it means travel, friends and food.  This weekend satisfied the friends and food part.

Lindsay and I were at an amazing Italian restaurant the other week, called Buca.  She ordered the gnocci, and marvelled at how amazing it was, and how does one make such a dish?  Turns out our Italian waiter was somewhat of a pro, and offered to share his know-how.  Not ten minutes later, Lindsay had arranged to have lead a class in her house, and teach a bunch of us girls how the heck to make the dish.
